In a small bowl, combine the crushed Oreo crumbs and the melted butter. Once combined, pour into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan; press firmly to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is fluffy. Gradually add the sweetened condenses milk until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla; mix well.
In a small bowl, toss 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips with the flour to coat; fold these into the cheese mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan; sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips evenly over the top.
Bake for 1 hour or until the cake springs back when lightly touched. It will crack and that’s ok.
Cool to room temperature then chill in the fridge.
Recipe Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is just softened (not warm) and don’t over beat the cream cheese (this will help the chocolate chips distribute more evenly).
