Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Yum
For when you just want cookie dough and can't have it...this edible version is egg and flour free. It's super easy and quick to make too!

  • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened at room temp.
  • 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar, lightly packed
  • 3/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Milk
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oates, finely ground
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and sugars; stir with a rubber spatula until smooth.
  2. Add the vanilla, milk, and salt to the butter/sugar mixture. Mix until well-incorporated.
  3. Fold in the rolled oats until combined. Add the chocolate chips. Can serve immediately or refrigerate for a firmer dough.

You can eat this with just a spoon or use it as a dip with treats like pretzels, vanilla wafers, or graham crackers. 🙂
